What makes our pricing different?
We've worked with some clients on a Value Based Pricing basis. So ZERO hourly rate. As a team, we win when the client wins. In short, a small percentage of any negotiated rate or purchasing gain is shared with Red Stag.
Industry standard for most, we would happily agree a simple hourly rate for the various specialisms we can offer.
Task specific rates could be agreed for all requirements. Perhaps covering long-list creation, recommendation report writing, QS work or any project control need. Speak to us. We're a flexible team with a friendly, yet professional approach.
